Children who are abused and neglected have needs far greater than most children. To make a sustaining difference in their lives, we must meet all of their needs — emotional, behavioral, academic and medical. When we provide services and care that equip them to make lasting change, we help to bring hope and a promise of success to their young lives.

Government sources of funding only provide the basics: shelter, food, and clothing. Private donations from businesses and individuals fund the critical needs of our children beyond this: social development, medical care, therapy and life skills. By joining the Austin Children’s Shelter Corporate Council, you will support programs that are vital for every child to reach their true potential. Your support helps to lay a foundation for a better life, and ultimately, a stronger community. After all, these children are the future of Central Texas.
